Meet the Chef

Since 1982, Chef Frank Eucalitto has been a culinary pioneer in Northern Palm Beach County. Along with his wife Gigi they established seven successful restaurants and a catering company.
Under his expert leadership, Café Chardonnay and our catering services have thrived for 38 years in Palm Beach Gardens.

Since childhood, Chef Frank loved to cook alongside his dad. At a time when it was not yet considered stylish to become a chef, he graduated from the prestigious Johnston and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island.

Chef Frank has been a respected businessman in our local community owning several other restaurants, including the The Cobblestone Cafe, The Original No Anchovies, Frank's Sandbar and Off the Vine. 
Frank was named Restauranteur of the Year in 2023 by the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association and inducted into the FRLA Hall of Fame.
He has also been named business man of the year, is the current president of the Palm Beach Chapter of the FRLA  and founded "Chef's Helping Heroes" to benefit the Warriors Renewal Coalition.
